We’re seeking a Digital Coordinator to join our team. You will play an important role in implementing impactful email, SMS, and direct response campaigns that resonate with a broad spectrum of grassroots activists and supporters. This position reports to a Managing Strategist at the firm.
Impactful, creative, and clear written content — drafted with its audience in mind at all times — is the foundation of our digital campaigns and is mission-critical for every team member at Ascend.
This is a hybrid position based in Ascend’s Washington, D.C. office. Candidates must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the D.C. Metro area.

The starting salary for the Digital Coordinator position ranges from $54,000 – $58,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
