Ads Manager

Company

We’re a full-service digital firm that works with Democratic candidates and liberal causes. We work in partnership with our clients to package their unique story into digital content that is both compelling and data-driven — motivating the right people to read, to listen and, most importantly, to act. Over the past six years, we have helped dozens of campaigns, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations raise millions online, persuade voters, and win hard-fought elections.

The Ads Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing effective ad campaigns to raise money and persuade voters across multiple platforms, including Google Search, YouTube, social media, and SMS. This position reports to the firm’s leadership team.

  • Brainstorm and suggest innovative strategies for ad and SMS rental campaigns
  • Coordinate with Ascend’s external software team to keep our live client-facing dashboards current and accurate

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability — including the ability to remain unfazed in rapid-response situations, innovate and problem-solve when you hit a roadblock, and maintain a positive attitude throughout
  • 3+ years experience in digital fundraising  and/or persuasion with campaigns, firms, party organizations, and/or nonprofit entities
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm about raising money for Democrats and helping them win elections
